Men’s Fitness Floor
The Bow Valley Club has an entire floor dedicated to men’s unique fitness needs. Our state-of-the-art exercise area includes a selection of free weights, weight machines and cardiovascular equipment with dedicated audio-visual screens.
To keep fitness routines fresh, we offer a variety of classes ranging from yoga to circuit training as well as certified Personal Trainers with the experience and expertise to get the best results. Members also have access to a hot tub and steam room to soothe muscles and rejuvenate minds.
Men’s Lounge
Whether it is post work or post work out, the Men’s Lounge is the perfect place to kick back and relax. Comfortable seating, a big screen TV and a billiards table all contribute to an atmosphere that is perfect for catching up with old friends or making new ones.
The lounge features an exquisite lunch buffet which is complimented by a fully stocked bar and a full-service lunch menu. This unique area has wireless internet connection, and is a perfect venue for hosting special events such as our fantasy golf and hockey drafts.
